What to Expect at the Upcoming IABC Director’s Workshop
The IABC Director’s Workshop is a vital opportunity for training, equipping, and spiritual renewal for all current IABC campus directors. As leaders entrusted with shaping the future of Apostolic education, this workshop is designed to strengthen your ability to effectively lead your campus, implement IABC policies, and teach Apostolic doctrine with clarity and conviction.
During this workshop, you will:
- Receive practical tools and updated resources to strengthen campus administration
- Gain clear guidance on policies and procedures as outlined in the 2025 IABC Manual
- Be encouraged and challenged to embrace your responsibility to impart Apostolic doctrine to your students, who will, in turn, teach others
This workshop is designed to help you develop stronger administrative leadership skills, learn best practices for managing academic operations, and tackle common challenges faced by campus directors across diverse regions.
These three days of training, we will cover:
- Administrative reporting and financial procedures
- Instructor recruitment, training, and assessments
- Doctrinal teaching standards and curriculum implementation
- Graduation planning and compliance
By the end of the workshop, you will leave with:
- Actionable tools for improving campus operations
- A deeper understanding of your role as a doctrinal leader
- Renewed spiritual motivation for Apostolic education
- Connections with other directors to foster collaboration across districts
We are excited to gather, grow, and strengthen one another in this shared mission of equipping the next generation of Apostolic leaders through education.
